Wednesday Evening Mindfulness

 Looking for a way to reduce stress and create more inner peace? Mindfulness is a very practical style of meditation that's proven to help reduce anxiety, anger, depression and excessive thinking. Benefits include improved memory, productivity, immunity and better sleep.

·         Meditation mats and cushions provided

Ageing Wellness 

Wellbeing program to encourage our over 65's to be healthy and active. Improve balance and build strength, and increase joint mobility and flexibility in these friendly classes designed to help reduce arthritic plan, lose weight and thrive as you age.
